Unsupported Software Finder reads a pasted software list, matches each line to a published lifecycle record and version, sets the record's dates against the as-at date, names findings and sets out the clause text behind each under the schemes you tick. It is a reading of your list and of the held record. It installs nothing, does not connect to any device or network, and does not say whether an estate meets any scheme; that is for your assessor. A version the record does not list is shown as unknown. The support dates are the endoflife.date record as read on the date shown; vendors change their dates, and the vendor's own notice is the authority.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The clause text and evidence guidance set out are published by The Art of Service and may be used within your organisation for your own security work. They may not be resold or republished. The lifecycle dates are the endoflife.date record under its MIT licence (see sources). The matching rules and the findings are ours.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
